Dombay VPN is operated by Kyo.ai Corporation (Kyo.ai KK), a company established in Japan on 19 September 2019 (share capital ¥15,000,000; principal business: information technology), with its registered office at 405 Yamato Building, 1-6-16 Kanda Izumi-cho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 101-0024, Japan. 1. Acceptance

By using Dombay VPN you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Permitted Use

Dombay VPN is provided for lawful personal use only. You may not use it to:

• Conduct illegal activity or violate any applicable law.
• Distribute malware, spam, or engage in network attacks.
• Circumvent copyright protection beyond what is permitted by law.
• Resell or share your account credentials with third parties.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play according to their terms. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or Apple/Google policy.

4. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. VPN nodes may be unavailable in certain regions or under censorship. No SLA is provided for free or trial tiers.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dombay VPN is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

6. Changes

We may update these terms with notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
